FAQs

Absolutely! As of now, I am keeping everyone's milk indefinitely. So if you do want to place a 2nd order with the same milk, you won't need to send any milk to me. Unless you have a different milk sample you would like to use. Just be sure to add a note of it in the Personalization section so I know if you're planning to send me a new milk or ask me to use the one you have on file.

Yes I do! I currently ship to Canada, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Australia, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, United Arab Emirates.

If you do not see your country on this list, just let me know and I will look into adding it!

I am located in San Diego, California

I only need 1 ounce of milk. If you do not have an ounce, I am usually able to work with less, but send me a message and we can chat about it. 1 ounce of milk goes a long way and can make up to 10 pieces of jewelry. This is why I save your preserved milk, just in case!

Currently my turn around time is 6-8 weeks.

If you order less than 10 pieces, I still only need 1 ounce of milk to make all 10 or less. You do not need to send me 1 ounce of milk per jewelry piece.

I always keep your milk separated and labeled throughout the entire process.

I receive your milk package and store it in my fridge in your original packaging.

Next, I preserve your milk and make sure it has your name and order number on it.

I only work on one order at a time, so I make sure your jewelry & milk always stay together in a box all the way until you receive it in the mail.

Yes! I love when you try to get creative and I also love to try new things! I cannot guarantee that I can pull it off exactly how you like, but its definitely worth an ask of me! I usually try to experiment with a new idea first and will send you photos of it before you actually purchase it to make sure you would be happy with it.

I also have a Personalization section on each product page so you can add any design notes that you'd like there. If you want crushed opal stones or metallic foil flakes laid out a certain way...thats the perfect way of letting me know how you envision your final piece looking.

I will send you shipping instructions and the address in your confirmation email. Detailed instructions can also be found here.

Of course you can! If you are unsure of your ring size, just add a note in the Personalization section and I will hold off on purchasing your ring until you let me know the exact size you need.
